Colonial Williamsburg Special Event July 6

On Saturday, July 6 WAARC will hold its annual Colonial Williamsburg Special Event. This special event station commemorates the 248th anniversary of Independence Day in the United States.

The special event station will be set up at Quarterpath Park, 202 Quarterpath Rd, Williamsburg, VA 23185. A map follows toward the bottom of the page. We will be set up near the playground at the park.

Setup will begin at around 8:30am and we plan to be on the air around 10am. Planned operating frequencies are 7.265 MHz and 14.265 MHz +/- QRM.

Please note that we are not a part of the annual 13 Colonies Special Event.
